Dragonfly energy has been around me the last couple of days, making her presence felt. She tells me that she supports the new growth, the new versions of you that are emerging from the hurt and pain. Reflect on these times, allow yourself to feel the pain, but also allow yourself to move forward through it. There is a time for grieving people we have lost, in different forms of loss, and then there is a time for pressing on and becoming a different, upgraded, improved version of you.
